Realtors Join in Week of Giving as seen in The Spooner Advocate

Local Realtors have come together to make donations to Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRC) during a "Week of Giving." The Realtors Association of Northwestern Wisconsin will present checks to ADRC offices across the region, including one presented on Monday, Nov. 19 for more than $1,700 to the Washburn County Aging and Disability Resource Center. Participating in the local check presentation were (from left) Natalia Del Monte, ADRC Nutrition Progam supervisor; Brenda Barnhardt, executive vice president of RANWW; Judy Nichols of Westconsin Realty; Linda Hand, aging directorand ADRC supervisor; and Marie Zellmer of Edina Realty. This year, all of the donations are going toward "emergency food boxes" which can be stored by the elderly for situations in which the harsh Wisconsin elements prevent Meals on Wheels Realtors have given more than $47,000 to designated charities within their communities. - As seen in the Spooner Advocate
RANWW provides educational opportunities for its members, is active in local, state and national advocacy efforts, engages in community outreach through charitable giving, operates its own private foundation to help homeowners in need and remains a positive force for the members they serve.
